- Responsible for the UX design of an automated commercial vacuum cleaner
- Performed ethnographic research to understand the needs of cleaning staff (focus group interviews, field studies, ethnographic research, etc.)
- Determined how to incorporate bulky and complicated hardware into small frame of unit for ideal user experience
- Created a simply “pager” style UI for staff that were technologically challenged
