Book of Photography

Worked on an art project to photograph the landscape of New York City.
Called “New York City Then and Now.”
By collecting old photos of the city and comparing them with the current photos I took, I visually expressed the changes in the city.

Specifically, by shooting old and current photos from the same angles and framing, tried to clarify the differences between the past and present cityscapes in New York City on the page left and right, and create multimedia artworks.

For the logo, To be modern, I tried making it simple.
I found three letters capital N in “Then and Now” and then I tried to connect them. Then, strangely enough, it looked like the shape of the New York City skyline and it works as a visual of some architectural features.

Also, the logo is shaped in such a way that it can be split into a “Then side” and a “Now side” across the logo. You can divide even old and new two photos “then and now” using the logo.
